I found the location to be perfect. It allowed easy access to the shops and the castle. the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. i received a free upgrade, a really nice surprise!

the breakfast options could have been more varied, though still quite nice.

the hotel provided an alexa in the room; i could play music from my phone as i prepared for my evening. the room included blackout curtains, very effective at blocking external light. the shower was spacious too!!!

My room felt inadequate. cleanliness could have been much better. I saw dust around the top of the bed frame. the inside of the sink and toilet basin had not been cleaned well.

the hotel location, was really central, but the noise at night made it hard to sleep good. loud music played til late, and the soundproofing wasn't so effective. i also found that the room was small, especially for two people, it felt a bit cramped. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work proper, it made the room stuffy.

The hotel's location was perfect (right next to the bus station). I found the staff to be cute, especially the bartender. The hotel décor was fantastic, and despite being in the city center, my room remained quiet.

The AC unit in my room was noisy and did not function properly. I had to use the fan located in the wardrobe, as the room became quite warm. The earplugs provided on the bedside table suggested a potential noise issue.

The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed proved to be very comfortable (I slept soundly). These rooms are well-maintained and create a relaxing atmosphere for guests.

The breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and tasted great. The staff on duty at breakfast were polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend that all guests try to eat at the hotel at least once.
